Indmand started as an idea. There had to be a better way to connect great companies with ideal candidates. But how? First we examined traditional recruiting methods. What we found was that most businesses don’t have a hiring methodology. They rely on recruiters or job boards to find them talent. We think there’s a better way. We spent a ton of time understanding why companies make bad hires. That’s how our concept was created. We are solving the most common problems associated with hiring. We are reshaping the hiring process by allowing companies to have great talent on tap and prevent bad hires all together. We know we have a lot to learn, but that’s the most exciting part.
